C.M.P.Nos.11995, 11997 & 11998 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 4336 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent; to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3.Though notice has been served on respondents 3 to 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, they have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.No.11995 of 2020 is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to "Prasanthi old age Welfare Home" in SB Account No.2604 101 000 307, Canara Bank, Nandanam Branch, Chennai-35 bearing IFSC Code CNRB 0002604, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.11995 of 2020, C.M.P.Nos.11997 & 11998 of 2020 are also ordered.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.M.A.No.3082 of 2013 and list the matter on 18.12.2020.
