The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 12.11.2013 passed in Tr.O.P.No.178 of 2013, by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Today when the Civil Revision petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents are present. Both of them made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision petition has already been disposed of on 12.04.2018 itself. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.

3. In view of the above fact, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
