Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of declaration, declaring the respondent issued demand notice with reference No.RHFL/SARF/TAN/6903/2024/(05/79) dated 14.06.2024 under Section 13(2) or the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets (SRFAESI Act) as invalid and consequently direct the respondent to initiate proceedings by issuance of fresh notice to the borrowers and to the legal heirs of the deceased borrowers. (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the matter was heard for some time, counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for the relief as sought for in this petition.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim applications stand closed.
