This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
