2. The petitioner seeks for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider his representation dated 17.10.2015, by which, the petitioner requested the grant of approval of a plan for an individual house, which the petitioner proposes to construct in S.F.Nos.211 and 212 and R.S.F.No.609/8 of Thottakkadu Thottam, Ganapathypalayam Punjai Kalamangalam Village, Ganapathypalayam Panchayath, Modakurichi Panchayat Union, Erode Taluk, Erode District.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent will process the representation of the petitioner for the grant of approval of plan and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
