This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners 1 to 4, for impleading them as legal heirs of the deceased S.Purushotham, who is the first respondent in C.M.A. No.1834 of 2021 and rank the petitioners as Respondents 3 to 6.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also in view of the No Objection expressed by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
