ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2021 for the offence under Sections 24(1) r/w.6 of COTPA Act, altered to Section 328 of I.P.C. and Sections 24(1) r/w.6 of COTPA Act in Cr.No.306 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have sold 8 pockets of Hans.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are three previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner and that goondas proposal has been mooted against the petitioner by the District Administration.

5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner and the fact that goondas proposal has been mooted against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
