Crl.M.P.No.8127 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8035 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8035 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that till date the petitioner is complying the condition and the investigation is almost completed.

3. In view of the above fact, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
