The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Mr.Saravanavel Raj, is present and his future appearance is hereby dispensed with and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the Board is in the process of impleading the orders passed by this Court.

In view of the said submission, this sub application stands closed and list the contempt petition after four weeks.
