C.M.P.No.13728 of 2019 in Rev.Appl.Sr.No.61238 of 2018 P.VELMURUGAN.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 179 days in representing the Rev.SR.No.61238 of 2018 against the order passed in C.R.P.No.1758 of 2018, dated 12.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to administrative reasons, the delay has occurred. Hence, the petitioner filed this miscellaneous petition seeking condone the delay of 179 days in filing the Review Application.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Being satisfied with the reason stated in affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 179 days in filing the Review Application is condoned and post the main application on 05.09.2019.
