ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 4457 of 2016 dated 10.06.2024.

2. Paragraph 7 of the order dated 10.06.2024 is the subject matter of this contempt petition. The order of the respondent dated 13.06.2025 has been produced before this Court in and by which the amount that had been recovered by virtue of the impugned order has been reimbursed to the petitioner in compliance of the orders of this Court. The receipt has also been acknowledged.
