This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the Review Application in Rev.Appl.S.R.No.46552 of 2023.

2. On earlier occasions, when the case came up for hearing on 19.12.2024 and also on 06.01.2025, counter was not filed by the Respondent and the Respondent had ample time to file counter.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 164 days in filing the Review Application is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
