Murugan ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 herein from in any manner interfering with the activities of the petitioner as a Multi System Operator in passing on the Arasu Cable TV Signal to the Local Cable TV Operators or from disconnecting the Arasu Cable TV signal to the petitioner and his Local Cable TV Operators.
