This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 16.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13852 of 2022 to deposit Rs.5,000/- and to execute sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- and surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 26.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
