ORDER

This application has been filed seeking an order of ad interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any way inducting, any new trustees against the clauses in the trust deed dated 12.12.1996 either by virtue of the alleged meeting said to have been held on 12.08.2013 or any other date, pending disposal of the suit.

The interim injunction already granted on 10.10.2013 is extended and is made absolute.

3. Accordingly, this application is closed.
