ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the disputes between the parties were already settled, since decree for divorce on mutual consent has been granted by the competent court. Therefore, the prayer as sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
2. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
