Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.60/2012/ SaUThi2 dated 07.02.2014 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as noon meal organizer in the fourth respondent school.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 07.02.2014 and to direct the second respondent to appoint her as noon meal organizer in the fourth respondent school.

2.Though the writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider her candidature sympathetically in the future vacancy, if any arises.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the candidature of the petitioner would be considered sympathetically. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
