( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Second day of September Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8572 of 2021 IN CRL OP.10055 of 2021 SYED HASSAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VILLUPURAM TALUK POLICE STATION, VILLUPURAM DISTRICT (CRIME NO.942 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner by order of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 14.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 14.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10:30 am till the filling of charge sheet. Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing until further orders.
