ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded on 19.06.2021 for the offence under Sections 341 and 392 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.545 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of lorry.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are two previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner and that the stolen property has been recovered. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
