This petition has been filed to refund of the Court fee paid in A.S.No.251 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter was settled through mediation.

3. Since the matter was settled out of Court, the petitioners are also entitled to refund of the Court fee paid before this Court.

4. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee paid in A.S.No.251 of 2017 to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
