Seeking to return the Tenth Mark Statement and Transfer Certificate from the 6th respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner's daughter. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent fairly submitted that appropriate orders can be passed at the request made by the petitioner.

Considering the same, the 6th respondent is directed to return the Tenth Mark Statement and Transfer Certificate of the petitioner's daughter, viz. S.Kowsika, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
