Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a WRIT OF Certiorarified MANDAMUS calling for the records of the 4th respondent summon in C.No.K2/ 09024/1134/SPG/2026 dated 27.03.2026 and C.No.215/DCB-II/TVM/2026 dated 30.03.2026 and quash the same and Consequently direct the 4th respondent to furnish a copy of the complaint allegedly given by the 5th respondent along with all connected documents to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the 4th respondent summon in C.No.K2/ 09024/1134/SPG/2026 dated 27.03.2026 and C.No.215/DCB-II/TVM/2026 dated 30.03.2026.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner had purchased a land in Old.S.No.55, New S.No.87/4, measuring 1.21 acres at Adaiyur Village, Thiruvannamalai. The petitioner was also issued patta. However, respondents 5 & 6 executed a forged sale deed between themselves in respect of the aforementioned property. Therefore, the petitioner made a criminal complaint, pursuant to which the fifth respondent also lodged a

complaint, whereupon the fourth respondent has issued summon to the petitioner. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed. 3.

On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that after conducting enquiry, both the aforementioned complaints were closed.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.
