628 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.HARINI, Advocate for M/S.M.B.GOPALAN ASSO, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. MAYA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the 3rd respondent and the 1st respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner M/s.Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Limited seeking leave for substituted service to respondents 2 and 3 by publication in one issue of Makkal Kural.

2.Mrs.Harini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitting the fact that now for the third respondent, vakalatnama has been filed, sought permission for substituted service with regard to the second respondent. Since the earlier notice issue has not been served on the basis of the postal remarks that R2 already left the place, this petition has been filed.

3.In view of the same, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication either in Dhinathanthi or Dhinamalar stating the date of hearing.

4.Post the matter after six weeks.
