This application has been filed seeking an order of ad interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any way take any decisions without the permission of this Court, pending disposal of the suit.

2. From the records, it is seen that only notice was ordered in this application and no interim order was granted. Hence, this application is closed for the present, with liberty to the applicants to take out a fresh application, if need arises.
