Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the allotment of Plot Nos.16 & 16A, Athur Village, Karur District comprised in Survey No.560/1A at SIDCO Industrial Estate in favour of the third respondent by its proceedings in Rc.No.416/D3/05 dated 09.05.2005 and quash the same by nullifying all further actions taken in pursuance to the said allotment including cancellation of the sale deed dated

10.12.2009 registered as Doc.No.10239/2009 resumption of Plot Nos.16 and 16A, Athur Village, Karur District, comprised in Survey No.560/1A at SIDCO Industrial Estate and consequently directing the first and second respondents to allot the said plots in favour of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2010 in accordance with law.
