ANAND VENKATESH, J., All the impleading petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the court bundle, as prayed for.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Government of Puducherry submitted that the common counter filed along with the common typed set of papers will be relied upon in all the writ petitions and there is no requirement to file individual counter affidavit in all the writ petitions. Similarly, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the National Medical Commission submitted that counter affidavit has already been filed in three writ petitions and the contents of those counter affidavits will sufficiently cover the grievance that has been expressed in other writ petitions also.

3. The learned counsel appearing for Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute (Deemed University) submitted that a counter affidavit is filed in the writ petitions today. The learned standing counsel appearing on

behalf of Pondicherry University has also filed a counter affidavit and she further submitted that the same counter affidavit will be relied upon in all the writ petitions.

4. In view of the specific stand taken by the respondent counsel, there will be a direction to the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned standing counsel to serve a copy of the counter affidavit to all the learned counsel, who are appearing on behalf of the petitioners in these writ petitions. The counter affidavit filed by the deemed University shall also be served on the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Government of Puducherry and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of National Medical Commission.

5. This Court expects the pleadings to be completed and copies served, so that the batch can be taken up for final hearing. As already observed by this Court in its earlier order dated 25.10.2021, all the students have already completed the course and they are presently undergoing C.R.R.I. (Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship) and therefore, it involves the future of the students which impels this Court to get take up these writ petitions immediately

for final hearing. Post this batch of writ petitions for final hearing on 23.11.2021.

02.11.2021 sts Note: With regard to W.P.No.27121 of 2017, Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.N.U.Prasanna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the name of Mr.V.Srikanth shall be removed from the cause list.
