ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner complaint dated 25.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. There was no representation for the petitioner on 24.04.2015 and therefore the matter was adjourned to 16.06.2015 finally. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register a case and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
