This petition is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.48 of 2015 dated 29.07.2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge [Mazhalir Fast Track Court], Erode, the petitioner/appellant is before this Court with this Miscellaneous Petition.
2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay.
3. This Court satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition and the Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent has no serious objection, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same in regular course.
