Prayer in W.P.No.42484/2016 : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari filed Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to not allowing the petitioner to retire and retained in service in Memo No.020397/2031-III/Adm.I(A2)/ F.Pro.Pension/2016, dated 26.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from the services with all retirement benefits with effect from 30.06.2006 the date of his retirement on attaining superannuation.
