ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the matter and register the case against the said person in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.434/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
