Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner representation dated 25.08.2015, forwarded to him by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Petn.No.7605/2015/REGN/NK dated 07.09.2015, against the respondents 4 and 5 working at the office of the 2nd respondent by calling for original records from the 2nd respondent and to send for forensic inspection and to pass orders in accordance with law within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
