Crl.M.P.No.7901 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties, each for like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. He would submit that the petitioner's parents have died and that he has got only one elder brother and thereby, he is unable to comply with said condition and despite, bail being granted to him, he is still languishing in jail. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said condition in Paragraph 7 of the order dated 07.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2023 is modified and instead of

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties, the petitioner is directed to "execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties out of which, one surety shall be the blood relative of the petitioner". The other conditions shall remain intact.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
