ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 29.01.2020 in W.P.No.2043 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been discriminated and the order dated 22.10.2021 passed by the 1st respondent is discriminatory. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner will be able to produce the particulars of two other persons who are similarly placed and in whose favour orders have been passed. On this ground, the learned counsel sought for some time to file an affidavit. 3.In the considered view of this Court, this Court cannot go into the ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this contempt petition. The ground that was raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner can be reserved for filing a fresh writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent.

Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. 4.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
