Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the related records of the 1st respondent impugned order passed as per the G.O.(D).No.389 Municipal Administration and Water Supply [ME3] Department dated 15.07.2013 and quash the same and to declare the petitioner as Wireman in existing post and to regularise him as per proceedings in ROC.No.2189/94/C1 dated 20.10.1994 and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant him monetary benefits and service benefits from the petitioner's appointment on 21.10.1994.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner died on 11.02.2021. Thereafter, the learned counsel has initiated steps to secure instructions from the legal heirs to get along with the case. In spite of the efforts, he could not able to get instructions as the legal heirs are not interested to pursue the writ petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent made a submission that the legal heirs of the writ petitioner submitted a letter to the fourth respondent that they are not interested in pursuing the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner.
