ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 417, 406, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Crime No.8 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have demanded dowry from the de-facto complainant and sent her to her parental house and it is also alleged that the petitioner has married another girl while the first marriage is in subsistence. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and earlier, the petitioner had filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.15258 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 02.07.2021. He would submit that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition before the Family Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.11403 of 2021 on 02.07.2021 and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and earlier, this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by this petitioner and there are no change in circumstances in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
