ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R., and investigate on the complaint dated 10.08.2016 sent by the petitioner by registered post within a period as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.119/2016, before the respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
