O R D E R
By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2.
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the documents, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2024.
3.
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she is the owner of the property. However, based on the document of the year 1964, the bogus document was subsequently created by others. In this regard, she has given representation to the authorities and the same has not been considered. Hence, she seeks a direction.

4.
On perusal of the very representation given before the authorities, indicate that the petitioner in fact wants to cancel the document of the year 1964, followed by several other documents on the ground of alleged fraudulent transactions.
5.
Such things cannot be done by the registering authorities. The petitioner can very well establish the right in the Civil Court and not by way of just seeking a direction in the Writ Court. Hence, I do not find any merits in the Writ Petition.
6.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28.06.2024 Speaking order / Non-speaking order Index : Yes / No : Yes / No sri 3/4
