Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 30.9.2015 for the grant of a separate patta.
3. The representation given by the petitioner has been acknowledged by the second respondent on 30.9.2015 itself.
4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.9.2015 on merits, after issuing notice to all the other joint pattadhars in patta Nos.593 and 783 and after conducting an enquiry, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
