This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9250 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the learned II Additional NDPS Judge, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has already been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.41 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9250 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the date fixed by the trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
