This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5622 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2341 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
