Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent relating to the orders dated 23.10.2013 bearing reference No.Nil and all related proceedings and quash the same as the same being illegal, arbitrary, vindictive, unconstitutional, bias and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant Bio-Chemistry with effect from the date of the other person selected along with the petitioner were appointed, pay salary and other monetary benefits together with service seniority with effect from that date.
