This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A5-17660-2022 dated 27.06.2022 and to quash the same insofar as the Cuddalore Revenue Division and further direct the respondent to conduct the general counselling after the completion of one year from the date of last transfer as per the GO.Ms.No.515 Revenue Department dated 25.08.2008.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
