ORDER

Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is refusing to accept the sale deed for registration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though the petitioner seeks a positive direction to register and release the document, this Court cannot issue such a direction and the only direction that could be issued to the second respondent is to receive the document submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders either accepting or refusing to register the document.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to receive the document submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon either accepting or refusing to register the document, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
