This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appe aring for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 123 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned. The petition is ordered.
