Crl.M.P.No.11989 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.402 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court to the Petitioner/Accused to report before the trial Court on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am, until further orders, in Crl.MP.No.8573 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.402 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021. 2.This Court by an order dated 02.09.2021, suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment alone with a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act at Chennai, on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am, until further orders. 3.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act at Chennai, once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 am, commencing from September 2022, pending appeal.
