Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to convert the existing Non Domestic Non Essential - NDNE Distributorship of the petitioner herein as Regular LPG Distributors before appointing new regular LPG Distributors.
