ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12154 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12154 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
