This petition has been filed by the writ petitioner to implead one A.Amirtharaj as 4th respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that C.S.No.323 of 2001 filed by the writ petitioner against the said A.Amirtharaj is pending before this Court and hence, his presence is required in the above writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed make necessary amendment in the writ petition.
