Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Revision, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the Execution Application in E.A.No.6 of 2021 which is a petition for issuance of cheque pursuant to the orders of this Court in CRP No.316 of 2019. I do not see any justification in the application being kept pending for more than a year. Hence, the Executing Court namely, the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore is required to pass orders in E.A.No.6 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this Order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
