The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's bid for RFP No.CeG/NPR/DEA/2017-2018 dated 09.08.2017 by disposing the petitioner's digital representation dated 27.05.2018, which was duly received by the respondent instantaneously.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's tender had already been rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to challenge the same, if it is served on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Under such circumstances, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities to get the copy of the rejection order, if not served earlier and thereafter challenge the same, if so advised.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
